How might we design new programs to improve the lives of homeless members of our community that will have a lasting impact?
The OpenIDEO Los Angeles Chapter is launching a series of events focused on addressing one of the most prevalent social issues in our community, the homelessness crisis. The first event in the series will be a virtual workshop during which participants will learn and practice basic ideation skills as we consider approaches to improving the lives of homeless members of our community that will have a lasting impact.
We’ll focus on empowering everyday people to pitch in, creating recurring patterns of charitable behavior, and creating public services that may be useful to all people.
This event will be the first in a series that will include virtual and in-person events as we learn how to develop new ideas and then how to both design and execute rapid tests.
RSVP to join and we’ll see you there!
Event Date: Tuesday, July 20th, 6 pm - 7:30 pm
