Dima is moved by colors, sunshine, and positive social impact. With a background in visual communication and motion graphics, she now uses human-centered design to introduce innovative problem-solving processes in organizations such as Doctors without Borders and the International Rescue Committee. She is currently a Service Design Manager with the Design & Innovation team at EY. She was a community fellow at OpenIDEO and spent some time researching how we can build online creative communities to solve the world's most pressing problems. Dima is a TEDx speaker and a Salzburg Global alumni. The big questions on her mind are how we can humanize cities and how we can design for the elderly.
For over 10 years now, Hany has designed, managed, and launched projects for startups, large corporations, and NGOs. He has lead and delivered projects in various industries, namely Health Tech, Food Tech, Mobility & Automotive, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence, Logistics, Insurance, Photography, Government, E-reading, Mindfulness, Fitness, Local Commerce, and Enterprise Software.
Hany has previously co-founded Somuchmore, a holistic lifestyle startup that was later acquired by Urban Sports Club, and has worked on innovation and strategy for future mobility at Volkswagen.
He is a certified Design Sprint Facilitator by Jake Knapp, the creator of the Sprint at Google Ventures. Hany also gives talks on Innovation and UX, and mentors various startups.
With a background in communications and content marketing, Serene built her career working with brands and companies to tell their stories better and inspire more people to engage with them. She has a passion for finding new and creative ways to tell stories, while maintaining a consumer-centric and obsessive approach to her marketing philosophy. Since her early days in PR, she has been in relentless pursuit of insight-led strategy and storytelling. Today, Serene leads both Content and Marketing at Medicus AI, an innovative technology company that is working to transform the way people understand their health. With roots in Beirut, Serene spent a decade in Dubai before making her way to Vienna, the city she calls home for now.

My name is Lea Yerevanian. I trained as a clinical psychologist. I have also worked for and advised healthcare technology companies I have also been a speaker/panelist at Innovation in Mental Health and other health-technology events. I have always been interested in leveraging the use of technology to help solve for the current mental health crisis. I am the founder and CEO of Psymplify - a platform which uses algorithms to match and curate groups of like-minded individuals to share their thoughts, feelings and emotions anonymously in online group therapy sessions. My goal is to work with incredible therapists to elevate mental health and wellness.
Mr. Maalouf is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bellevue Medical Center.
Mr. Maalouf received his bachelor degree in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut in 2003. He then received his Masters in Business Administration from L’École Supérieure des Affaires, Beirut in 2004.
Under his leadership and supervision, Bellevue Medical Center was built and designed in compliance with national and international building codes, notably the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Mr. Maalouf has more than 15 years of experience as a board member and as a senior executive manager serving as the Vice President for Administrative Affairs and Business Development. He contributed to the hospital’s achievements, from HACCP, to Joint Commission International accreditations and Planetree certification, all the while ensuring a safe, state-of-art, evidence based design, and a healing environment facility and infrastructure to meet community needs.
Currently a resident in paediatrics at Hotel Dieu de France, and moonlighter in ER and Paediatrics in other hospitals like Bhannes hospital, Saint Joseph, and BMC since 4 years. Working in parallel as a Volunteer and a Life Saver and First Responder at Red Cross Beit Mery sector since 8 years.
Yorgui is a Pharmacist and runs his own pharmacy. For the past 10 years, he has been working to better the blood donation cause in Lebanon. In 2010, he founded a blood donation organization “Donner Sang Compter (DSC)” which became the link between potential donors and people in need of blood. To date, DSC has recruited more than 30,000 blood donors, and more than 90,000 patients have benefited from its services.
